People with their own Gitoro account. A user can be a workspace member with access to every repository or just one; there is no separate contributor role. Read-only access remains free.

Service accounts

An identity acting fully on behalf of its owner, with scoped credentials and the same repository rules as any other user.

Managed users

Accounts your workspace creates, owns and removes, for employees whose account the company should control. They sign in on your workspace's own page and use seats like anyone else.
